Design and Build, Under One Team Since 1990
FC Interior Design has been renovating Singapore homes and commercial spaces since 1990. Over more than three decades we have worked inside the rules that shape every project here — HDB permits and renovation controls, condominium MCST approvals, and the licensing requirements for water, sanitary and gas works — so our clients do not have to navigate them alone.
We are a design-and-build firm, which means one accountable team takes a project from first measurement through design, permits, construction and handover. There is no hand-off between a designer who draws and a separate contractor who builds, and no gap where responsibility gets lost.
Our approach
Renovation Without the Guesswork
Good renovation in Singapore starts with what is actually allowed. Before a concept is drawn we map every item of a wishlist to permit or no-permit, identify structural walls and concealed services, and plan the build sequence around HDB’s working-hour and completion rules. The result is a design that can be approved and delivered — not one that has to be redrawn after the quote.
