Every FC package is a complete design-and-build scope, handled by one accountable team from first sketch to handover:
- Design & space planning — free consultation, floor-plan layout and 3D perspectives before any work begins.
- Carpentry — kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, TV feature, shoe and vanity units in your chosen finishes.
- Quartz kitchen worktop, sink and mixer tap.
- Flooring — quality vinyl or tile throughout, or a mix by zone.
- Ceiling, cove lighting and partition works.
- Painting — Nippon or Dulux, two coats.
- Full electrical and plumbing works and additional points.
- HDB / MCST permits and submissions — handled for you.
- Dedicated project manager, post-renovation cleaning and a 12-month workmanship warranty.

Resale flats usually need hacking and disposal, full rewiring, replumbing and fresh bathroom waterproofing before any new work — so the base scope is larger than a bare BTO.
How much does an HDB resale renovation cost?
FC’s resale packages start from $38,800 for a 3-room, $45,800 for a 4-room and $52,800 for a 5-room flat, including the hacking and wet works a resale unit typically needs.
Do resale packages include hacking and waterproofing?
Yes. The resale scope covers demolition and disposal, new waterproofing membrane with a mandatory water-ponding test, and re-tiling where finishes are removed.
Do I need an HDB-approved contractor for a resale flat?
Yes. Only contractors in HDB’s Directory of Renovation Contractors may carry out the works. FC Interior Design is an HDB-Approved Contractor (licence HB-09-2619C).
