The 3D rendering was also done as soon as a couple days the moment we decided to sign with them. From what I hear, some IDs may take as long as a couple weeks before reverting on a 3D (bearing in mind in the market we would’ve already paid 10% deposit of the cost). They were also very proactive in updating me and my wife through the whatsapp group that they created on the progress of our renovation which was great given that we were extremely with other parts of our lives and were not able to come down every other day. I think it’s important that your ID picks up your call or replies your messages and Luke and Michelle have not ghosted us even once before.
Luke and Michelle basically gave us the feeling that they treated this like their own home as well and ensured that every minute detail were properly handled down to the paint job, the corners of the house that were patched up and even the little holes that were effects of the previous renovation. I also loved the fact that they helped us with coordinating with our water purifier vendor, citygas and also even helped with our furniture colours selection since both me and my wife don’t really have good taste.
Kudos to both of them and I would definitely recommend them and would go back to them once I have my next renovation project going.
